If someone reads arrogance in them, she/he can’t be faulted. Self-confidence, overconfidence and arrogance have wafer thin lines separating them. In plain speak, self-confidence is a reflection of knowledge, overconfidence is an outcome of failure of reality check and arrogance is a fait accompli of I-Me-Myself.
Our kids must experience deep insights. Of course, a calm mind, undaunted courage, adequate patience and self respect bring depth. In addition to these life skills – education, experience and belief will surely make them self-confident.
